I love Hondas because I am safe and comfortable. I have been treated well by all staff and have felt secure with my decisions. JR was and always is very attentive to ones questions. Had oil/filter change and 60k service recommended. Also mentioned a metallic noise from the rear that checked out to be brake pads!! Car now running great again. Thanks!!

I always appreciate the time Chris spends with me, discussing any issue or concern I have, or any inquiry I might have on the new models. He is really a true asset to the company. I am looking to make a purchase soon, but I really honestly did not and do not want to be contacted about it. I met with Tony in sales and he was marvelous. I explained that I understood his time was valuable and that when the time was right I would work with him, but I only wanted to test drive. He was gracious and understanding. I endured an entire year of having Ocean Honda call my phone at least twice a month trying to sell me a car. Repeatedly I told them I was not ready due to a family illness that I was taking care of, my father. No one cared to make a note in your sales system that I asked not to be contacted. It was very intrusive, especially during that time for me, and a lack of respect. I have a 805 FICO and own my cars free and clear, when I'm ready I'm ready. Thank you for the continued service I do receive.
